Vandex Super White is a variation of Vandex Super that uses white cement as the binder instead of gray portland cement. It is used in the same way as Vandex Super, but is often indicated where a lighter finish is desired, such as in parking lots and potable water reservoirs.
For new concrete slabs, Vandex Super can be applied as a dry powder after initial construction. It is then force-sharpened to the surface, providing comprehensive waterproofing.
It can be used in various applications, including basement waterproofing, parking lot waterproofing, pile wall and dock diaphragm sealing, pile head and pile cap sealing, concrete slabs (floors, roofs, balconies), construction joints, water storage structures, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, canals and bridges Please note that Vandex Super and Super White are not intended for decorative purposes.
Vandex Super can be applied to both new and structurally sound concrete surfaces, whether or not subjected to water pressure.

When applied to a concrete surface, Vandex Super interacts with the free lime and moisture present in the capillary system to form insoluble crystalline complexes. These crystals effectively block the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete, preventing further water penetration, even under pressure. However, the Vandex Super layer still allows water vapor to pass through the structure, allowing the concrete to "breathe".
In the case of untreated concrete, water can penetrate the capillaries and lead to leaks and damage.
After the application of Vandex Super, the chemical reaction between the free lime, moisture and Vandex chemicals creates chemical complexes that block the capillaries, ensuring that the concrete becomes watertight.
In addition to sealing, Vandex Super also offers protection against seawater, wastewater, aggressive groundwater and certain chemical solutions. It is approved for use with potable water, making it suitable for treating water storage tanks, reservoirs, water towers and similar structures.
Vandex Super and Vandex Super White are cement based sealants specially developed for concrete sealing applications. They are mixed with water before application using a brush or spray. Other sealants, such as Vandex BB75 and Vandex Unimortar 1, from the Vandex range offer sealing solutions for non-concrete infrastructures.
